Is it possible to pick up my order?

Certainly! You are welcome to pick up your order from our warehouse in Santa Ana, California. To do so, please coordinate with our team and arrange a designated pick up time. Please note that all pick ups, including those by the customer, require a Bill of Lading (BOL).

Who is responsible for covering the costs of shipping?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Is it possible to have my orders shipped to a designated warehouse?

Absolutely, we provide shipping to any location of your choice, including residential addresses. Our carriers also offer additional services such as liftgate and pallet jack delivery upon request.

Do you prep products and ship them to Amazon FBA?

Yes, we do offer prep services for an additional charge of $0.5 per unit. Additional charges may apply for services such as poly bagging or bundle packing. Once the products are prepped, we will provide you with the necessary shipping information and request FBA and shipping labels.

What is your return policy?
Please refer to our return policy located on our website at terms of sale. As ALL SALES ARE FINAL, we do not offer returns. Should you require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What payment options do you offer?
We offer several payment methods, including Credit Card (with a 3% transaction fee), Wire Transfers, Chase QuickPay, and Zelle for our customers' convenience.

Can I receive a discount for bulk purchases over the MOQ?
While our products are in high demand and we do not offer significant discounts, we will make every effort to provide a discount for large quantity orders in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

Why is it necessary to register for an account?
Registering for an account is essential in order to access our services such as sending inquiries and completing our buyer application (https://www.artextwholesale.com/buyer-application), which enables you to make purchases from Artext Wholesale. Without an account and a completed buyer application, you will not be able to make purchases with us.

Where can I access your products other than the website?

Is it possible to make a purchase from Artext Wholesale without an account?
No, in order to make a purchase with us, you must first complete a buyer application and create an account with our company.

Do you provide LOA’s or supply chains?
Unfortunately, our company does not offer LOA's or supply chains as part
of our services.

Do your invoices get accepted by Amazon.com?
We cannot guarantee that our invoices will be accepted as we have had instances where our customers' invoices were accepted, while others were rejected by Amazon.com.

How many leads do I get per month?
We offer two subscription plans: Silver, which generates 20 leads per month (1 lead per business day), and Gold, which generates 40 leads per month (2 leads per day).

How many units should I order from the leads?
Our lead finding program is designed primarily for customers interested in selling on Amazon. The leads provided are not wholesale suppliers, but rather retail or online retail stores that sell directly to consumers. As a result, we advise acquiring lower quantities or distributing purchases among multiple accounts when working with these leads.

How do I know if the Lead Finder is a good fit for me?
If you’re working on a budget and would like to diversify the inventory you purchase instead of investing it all into one product, or would like to test out multiple different products through the leads and then find these products through wholesale to purchase and sell in higher quantities then the lead finder program may be the ideal solution for you.

6. 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) Questions

What are your fees for your services?
To inquire about our fees, please contact us to schedule a consultation call at our 3 PL Page. Our team will work with you to determine the most suitable plan for your needs. Rest assured, our prices are highly competitive in the market.

Do you provide both FBA & FBM services for Amazon sellers?
At this time, our services primarily consist of FBA prep services for Amazon sellers. However, we also provide additional services such as storage. It should be noted that FBM services are not currently included in our offerings, although we do plan to establish a dedicated FBM team in the near future.

How do we get started with your 3rd Party Logistics?

Is it possible to use your 3rd Party Logistics services if I reside in a different country?
Yes, our prep centers are utilized by a diverse range of customers located outside the United States for various purposes such as fulfilling products to their customers, shipping to Amazon FBA, storage services and much more.

Can I get pictures of the product before purchasing?
Yes, we can provide product images for you to review before making a purchase, ensuring peace of mind in your buying decision.

Can I get the expiration date of products before purchasing?
Yes, we offer the expiration date of our products prior to purchase. In some cases, the exact date may not be available if the product is not currently in our warehouse. However, we can provide an estimated expiration date and update you with the exact date once the product arrives at our warehouse.
