Artext LLC, doing business as Artext Wholesale (“Artext Wholesale”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), is committed to providing quality products and services to our customers. Due to the wholesale nature of our business, all sales made through Artext Wholesale—whether for physical goods or digital services—are considered final. By making a purchase from our website or through any of our sales channels, customers acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.

Unless otherwise stated in writing by Artext Wholesale, all sales are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all products sold through our online store and all services provided, including but not limited to the Lead Finder Service. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all product details, descriptions, and service terms prior to making any purchase. Please ensure that you have fully considered your requirements and the suitability of the products and/or services before finalizing your order.

In rare and exceptional cases, Artext Wholesale may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund. The issuance of any refund does not signify a change in our general policy or create any obligation for future refunds.

 

If a refund is issued: 

  • The refund will be considered final and binding.
  • By accepting a refund, the customer acknowledges and agrees to irrevocably waive, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any and all current or future legal or civil claims against Artext Wholesale, its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents related to the transaction. This waiver expressly includes, but is not limited to, claims for punitive damages, attorneys’ fees, and injunctive relief. 
  • By accepting the refund, the customer further reaffirms their commitment to any existing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with Artext Wholesale and warrants that any third parties involved in the subject of the transaction will abide by the same confidentiality obligations.

 

Orders Already Shipped/Received:

In the event a refund is approved and inventory has already been shipped to the customer, Artext Wholesale will, at its sole discretion, instruct the customer regarding the disposition of the inventory:

  • Return of Inventory: If instructed to return the inventory, the customer shall initiate the return shipment within 14 calendar days of notification by Artext Wholesale. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging (unless otherwise specified) to the address provided. All costs and risks associated with the return shipment, including shipping, insurance, and handling, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Disposal of Inventory: If instructed to dispose of the inventory instead of returning it, the customer shall be solely responsible for all costs and compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws—plus any international, environmental, or regulatory requirements relevant to the products. The customer is required to provide verifiable proof of proper disposal within 14 calendar days of instruction, which may include a combination of:
    • Dated photographs clearly showing the destruction and identifying the product(s);
    • Receipts or documentation from a certified/licensed waste disposal operator or recycling facility;
    • Any other documentation reasonably requested by Artext Wholesale.

Failure to comply with return or disposal instructions, including failure to provide sufficient proof, may result in forfeiture of the refund and may subject the customer to liability for additional damages or regulatory penalties.

Certain products (including electronic devices, batteries, chemicals, medical supplies, or regulated items) may have specific hazardous waste, regulatory, or environmental disposal requirements. The customer is solely responsible for full compliance and assumes all associated liability for improper handling, storage, or disposal.

It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review product and service specifications, as well as all applicable terms, before completing a purchase. By finalizing a transaction, the customer expressly acknowledges acceptance and understanding of this Refund and Return Policy.

This policy is exclusively applicable to verified wholesale/business customers using valid business documentation. All purchases, refunds, returns, and disputes are further governed by our complete Terms of Service, which include provisions on governing law and dispute resolution. If any part of this policy is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
